FAU Hospitality & Tourism Management Certificate

The program was led by FAU instructors and included various guests from the industry. The 5 sessions covered were:

2. Competencies for Success/Career Preparation
3. Basics of Hospitality Marketing and Revenue Management
4. Hospitality Industry Finance Fundamentals
5. Excellence in Service

I’ve been in the hospitality industry now for almost 1.5 years and come to love it. As someone who didn’t go to school for hospitality, I thought this program provided valuable information. I really enjoyed the video interviews. Guests gave personal insights on how to succeed in an industry that’s all about serving others.
